Become a member of the CLT and have your say in the future of affordable housing for rent in our village.

Membership is open to anyone over the age of 18 who lives, works or owns property/ land within the parish of Swanton Novers.  Membership is only £1 and will entitle you to:

• Have a say in the direction of the CLT through voting at the AGM.
  
• Be eligible to stand for election as a Trustee.
  
• Have the opportunity to elect members to the Board of Trustees.
  
• Help to influence the future development of our community.
  
• Act as a guardian of the aim and objectives of the CLT and promote its interests.
  
• Receive regular news and events information.
  

Most importantly, your membership will help the CLT to be truly representative of our local community.
