Welcome to the Swanton Novers Community Land Trust (CLT)

Welcome to the website of the CLT.  Here you will find useful information about our aim and objectives, copies of our policies and key documents, and details of how to get involved and become a member.

The CLT is a form of community-led housing, set up and run by members of our village to develop a small number of houses for long term affordable rent for the primary benefit of those living or wanting to live in Swanton Novers.  This initiative is only possible as a consequence of a generous gift of land from Lord Hastings of the Astley Estate.
